This mix is inspired by horror movies (Carrie, Ginger Snaps, The Loved Ones, The Craft, Jennifer's Body, Stoker, Hard Candy) that explore the darkest parts of teenage girlhood, from puberty, sexuality, toxic friendships, hormonal angst, aggression, bullying, awkwardness and societal pressures, and the horrors that manifest in the bodies of these teenage girls and turn them into the killers we know and love.
