So i did the "Lightworks Mix" which is obviously an homage to J but didn't really have one of these producer mixes I did for a few others so I made this. Until he changed his name from Jay Dee to J Dilla, I had no idea he produced a lot of my favorite hip hop songs. It was almost like a slow reveal - the "oh wait he produced this?". This is specifically the non-solo Dilla productions that you may or may not have known that he produced for others - with exception to a track or two. Stems from a compilation i put together but cut down a bit with the 2 track per artist rule per 8tracks.
