The spoken word poem "instructions for a very bad day" is by Shane Koyczan. Jon Goodgion provided the footage for the video, but Koyczan wrote the words (I just started listening to this playlist, but I wanted to leave this comment before I forget). So far the first few songs I've heard have made me emotional about Josh. :'(
