On June 2, 2015, the Large Hadron Collider began making collisions at 13 TeV, starting the first data collection that will be used for new physics since 2012.
To all of the scientists, engineers, and other awesome people of all stripes who have worked on this: Thank you so much, and I can't wait to see what results come out of this second run.
