Hey guys, I think that I might not be able to edit this playlist anymore. 8tracks has this new rule (or maybe it's not new and I just never payed attention to it) where you can't have more than 2 tracks by the same artist. On another playlist I have, when I tried to edit something and i had more than 2 tracks by an artist it would NOT let me publish it. This is a serious problem for this playlist because well....once you get to the 4th song there has already been 2 Big Bang songs. This leaves me with 2 options:
1) Do Nothing At All- not edit this mix ever again This isn't such a bad option. THe only thing that worries me is that I won't be able to add new songs or get rid of covers that have some how got in there *shudders at the many times I was groovin to some "dirty dirty beats" and then all of a sudden a terrible cover came on and killed my vibe*. Oh, and sometimes songs get deleted and i won't get to replace them. Idon't think that will be much of a problem but i would hate it if my 440 song long playlist slowly withered away into nothing
2) Split It- I could go and edit this mix to get rid of the undesirables but in order for you guys to still be able to listen to all the songs i'd have to split it into multiple mixes. So it may not be 24 (or well 26) hours long anymore. But four six-hour playlists. Honestly, this seems like a lot of work (even though all it is, is clicking and organizing but I'm hella lazy and tire easily) but I'll be able to add new songs which i like and change it up.
3[or well 1.2)- Do Nothing And Make Another Kpop Playlist For more songs- I just thought about this while typing the other paragraph. But it was so obvious i should have thought of it before. Basically its the same as the first one and I make another kpop playlist for more songs. Pretty self explanatory. THe onlything is I don't know what songs to put in the new one. I put just aboutevery song I could find, know, AND enjoy listening too in this mix. I hate short playlists, I won't listen to anything unless it's at least 2 and a half hours long. Of course there are more kpop songs that I know and like but atleast 50? But finding good versions is hard and I don't wanna just throw in songs I don't enjoy to make it longer.
So what was the point of this again? I'm asking you, the 730 fans of this mix (BTW THANKYOU FOR LIKING THIS! I never expected to anyone actually listen to this. But then a week or so later I get an email that says my mix went gold and enthusiastically did the sprout dance) to tell me what I should do with this mix. Alternative options are also accepted. But I want you guys to be happy with this because it's no longer my mix, it's our mix. :) wow that was unnecessarily sappy when it's just an internet playlist. So yeah comment on this post and advise me. That's it.
